Our free range chickens come from Chris Fredericks of Temple Farm, Roydon, Essex. Chris's family has been farming since the early 1800’s, and has been at Temple Farm since 1937. Label Anglais chicken was introduced in the 1990’s and is acclaimed by many experts as the finest chicken produced in the UK, and are served in many top restaurants.


Our organic chicken comes from Andy at Gill Wing Farm. Their Sasso chickens are free to roam the 140 acre farm, roost in the trees and are fed on feed that is itself grown on the farm. The result is fantastic quality poultry, which tastes great and is brilliant value.
