Before you can place your first order you must create an account with Farm Direct.  Here you can save your delivery addres and payment details and view past orders.

Our website is fully stocked by Tuesday evening with all available produce for the weekend delivery.  Browse our shop and add items you want to your basket.  We have a minimum order of £15 for delivery orders.  There is no minimum order value if you want to pick your order up.

We do have order deadlines so that we can ensure that you get what you want.  Click here to view our order deadlines.  We do sell some stock at our depot on Saturdays and Sundays if you wish to add to your order or you forgot to place your order in time.

When you have finished creating your order click 'Checkout' to view your Shopping Cart.  If you want to make any changes to your basket you can at this stage, click 'Update Basket' when you have finished making your changes. 

If you are ready to checkout click 'Checkout' and select your delivery address.  If you want to pick up your order select 'Pick Up From Depot'.  Then select your invoice address - this is essential for verifying your card payment details.  You now will be asked to select your delivery or pick up slot (see below).  Enter your payment details and complete your order.  We will send you a confirmation email with details of your order.

Please note: For Monday deliveries, it is advisable to place your order by 1pm on Thursday in order to ensure that proteins are vacuum packed to prolong shelf life.

Please note there is a £15 minimum order value for home delivery. Delivery costs £1.99 except for the Saturday 'no need to be in' slot which is only 99p.

After you have received your order

Thank you very much for your order; we really value your custom and hope that you are very happy.  

As Farm Direct works with a limited number of local suppliers and because of this we sometimes have to substitute items you have ordered.  If you do not want the substitution offered please let our delivery driver know and they will return it for you.

There are a few important things we wanted to let you know regarding how the Farm Direct delivery service works:

1. All meat weights on our website are approximate and in order to get your order to you on a Friday evening it is not possible for us to update the weight and prices  on the invoice you receive.  You will be emailed on Saturday with your updated invoice.  If you receive your order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday the meat weights on your invoice will be updated.

2. Your account is not charged until the Tuesday after your delivery so any issues that may arise over the weekend can be dealt with.
