An adverse spring tide this week, means tighter fishing this week, so but we have a reasonable range of fish so far this week including: lovely 700g Monk tails (serves 4) - a lovely fishy roast, as well as whole cod & whole plaice.
On the fillet side, we have monk cheeks, lovely and meaty (roastable or pan-fried), as well as smooth hound, whiting & pollock.
