There are a few important things we wanted to let you know regarding how the Farm Direct delivery service works:
1. We have a minimum order of £20 for deliveries. There is no minimum order value if you want to collect your order from our warehouse.
2. Delivery charge is £2.99, though if you order a medium or large veg box, then delivery is free.
3. We do have order deadlines so that we can ensure that you get what you want. See a simple table of deadlines here.
4. Your account is not charged until after you have received your delivery so any issues that may arise can be dealt with prior to charging you.
5. Farm Direct works with a limited number of local suppliers and because of this we sometimes have to substitute items you have ordered. If you do not want the substitution offered please let our delivery driver know and they will return it for you.
