This is a delicate coffee, cleaner and crisper than you would expect from Brazil – (very well defined and more refined) sweet from start to finish, caramel, floral and honey and it has a very long finish. This is a colossal cup  - quality throughout.

Based just outside Capel, Surrey, the business of Husband & Wife team, Gary & Maarit, is to directly source and select the best and most unique
single estate Arabica coffee beans in the world and then hand roast them to inspiring standards of perfection, so that when brewed correctly the coffee will hold its integrity and uniqueness in the cup.
Their coffee is fairly and ethically traded through their own RealTrade – based on fact, firsthand observation and experience, and not on a brand, logo or hype.
