The goat experiment has proved very promising and given that mutton is now finished until next year, i think that we have a gap in our range for a meat that is more mature than lamb and very flavoursome.
We are likely to be rotating / alternating it with Rosé Veal in the weeks ahead, starting next week, so please keep an eye out for it.
