Salt Beef: Something different for St George's Day

Nicola at Beatbush has prepared a good quantity of Salt Beef for this weekend: if you fancy something different, and I can promise you will not regret having one of her brined silverside joints.


By doing the brining, Nicola has taken the faff out of preparing your own Salt Beef, which is easy to do. And it is a classic dish that you can have enjoy either hot (with mash, greens and mustard) or cold in sandwich, bagel or salad.


And lets face it, if you are to celebrate St George's Day, then with a Salt Beef sarnie is a very London way to do it...!
