Introducing Pea-shoot Pesto

We are very happy to be introducing a new variety of pesto from Gavin at Purely Pesto - it is Pea shoot Pesto.
The pea shoot pesto came about after the organiser of the Peasenhall Pea Festival asked us if Gavin would make something for the festival last year, and so he tried out a a peashoot pesto - they were received so well by the festival goers & us/friends that he decided to put them into production.
He teamed up with a grower in Norfolk, Nurtured Norfolk, who is a specialist in micro herbs.
The taste is mild like the rocket pesto but has a very fresh taste of peashoots that lingers at the end.
